You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

Refunds for items returned without a receipt will be issued as an in-store credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of return. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
